I’m looking towards New Years Eve for today’s freebie, I have a Happy New Year Pennant for you ready for any parties you may be having to welcome in the New Year.
I simply cut my pennants out of some lightweight black card stock for my banner and threaded it with some narrow gold tinsel but I think it would look great cut from some gold mirror card if only I could have found some ;)
