Todays card has been 2 days in the making and this is attempt no.4 lol, you know when you hit a creative brick wall and you just can't seem to recreate what you have in your head? After calling it quits yesterday I pulled myself out of the mess today by throwing lots of ribbon into the mix, that always does the trick ;) After looking at this stamp for 2 days now I can't see myself using it again so if you would like it leave me a comment and I'll pull a name out of a hat for it on Wednesday morning, maybe someone will have better luck than me :)

The little cupcakes are from a hero arts background stamp which I coloured with my prismas, cut out and dotted around a frame made from the long rectangle spellbinders dies. My sentiment was made from typing 'It's Cake Time' in a hollow font on my computer then printing it out and colouring with matching prismas. My backing pattern was made from several strips of 1/4 inch ribbon wrapped around a sheet of card and taped onto the back, I stuck on all of the vertical pieces first then added the horizontal ones weaving in and out of the vertical ones as I went.
