Hey there :)
I've not been around for a bit as I've been a little off colour but I have been working on a card and some digis so I will be able to get posting some stuff again soon. Also it was my birthday recently and my absolutely fantastic other half treated me to a CraftRobo which is the UKs branding for the Silhouette & Wishblade so you can expect some cut files to be popping up soon too which I am really excited about and have loads and loads of ideas for so keep an eye out for those :)

Hello Hello!
I have been playing again and I've made some....well I don't know what to caIl them really, I have been trying to decide what they are all day and I've gone from sentiment frames to pendants to medallions and back to frames again. Simply put I've made some wide patterned circles which could be used as a frame for sentiments, embellishments or images, well anything really and because they are circular they are easy to use with Spellbinder circle dies or punches etc.
I changed the colour of frame no.3 using this method to a pale green to match my card stock, I sized it in Word to 3.25 inches and also typed out a sentiment in the same colour. After printing, I cut my circles using circle dies and layered with a small pendant die cut, 3D Foam Pads for dimension and added some ribbon and mini gems. Lastly I popped this onto a scallop circle card which is made by folding some card and laying a scallop circle die with 4 scallops just overhanging the folded edge and running through my big shot.

Hiyah :)
I am taking us into the summer with todays card even if the weather wont ;) Todays digi is a VW Van complete with the obligatory surf board on top. Although transport is normally thought of as more of a male subject I wanted to style my card in a more femanine way with the colouring and addition of a flower and think that it could work for a teenage girl equally as well.
I roughly drew some pencil lines where I imagined a road and the beach to be behind my image and coloured with prismas then cut out with oval dies, I changed the colour of my sentiment circle using this method and sized it to 2 inches in Word then cut it out using circle dies and a popped a prima flower in the middle and layered both onto aqua card stock and used the aqua sheet from Birds Circles. I added some white twill held in place with 2 square snaps and a circle snap formed the middle of my flower.

Here are your digis

I have a new paper pack for you today, in fact it was the backing paper used in yesterdays card. I wanted some paper that had some detail but not so much that would distract from the focal images in my cards and would go with anything else. This is what I came up with, it has an interlocking circle pattern and comes in 10 colours: Yellow, Orange, Pink, Violet, Purple, Blue, Aqua, Green, Sage & Tea.

I have a couple more furniture digis for you today, I'm hoping to make them all in a similar style so the bathroom digis have started a kind of theme that the rest will take in the hope that you can mix and match which ever you wish to use to make little scenes, for example, I used the mirror digi from the bathroom card for my sentiment and changed it to black to match this cards colour scheme. So, I hope that you like them and I will no doubt be adding a few more pieces in time :)
I coloured my chair with a dusky pink marker then went over it adding shadow with 2 different shades of pink prisma pencils to add some dimension and texture to the chair, I wanted to make it seem that the chair was plump and that the buttons were very recessed, by the time I finished I wished I had a chair just like it, lol. I paper pieced my lamp shade with some paper that had a small floral pattern to make it look like fabric also I cut a spellbinders border in half lengthways and added it to the top and bottom of my layer mat to add some extra flourish.
