I love you Bunting Card Cover

Hi Guys!

I hope you are all having a lovely Christmas with your friends and family and I hope that Santa came to visit on Christmas morning ;)

The next occasion on the calendar is Valentine’s Day so today I have a Bunting Card Cover for you that spells I Love You. Your Card Cover comes in 2 layers so you can use 2 different colours which make the letters pop, it also adds some strength so you can use 3d foam pads behind the card cover as I have on my card today.

Mitten Card

Good Afternoon!

Today I have the last Christmas Cut File for this year in case you need to whip a card up last minute ;). This one has a Mitten design and a Warm Winter Wishes sentiment and as with the others I have made of this type, it would work equally well on either a circle or square card.

I added 3d foam pads under the scalloped circle and the mittens to add some dimension and cut the mittens from glitter card to add a little sparkle.

Swirly Christmas Tree Suspension Card

Hiyah!

It’s been longer than normal since I posted as my parents have been visiting and when we get together we tend to shop ’til we drop! They have received their Christmas card from us now so I can share it with you now too :)

I cut my Swirly Trees from some glitter card then folded them in half and glued them together back to back, before I glued the first tree to the last tree I slid some thread through to the middle of the tree leaving some of the thread hanging out of the top and the bottom, I then glued the trees closed.  The thread needs to be sandwiched between the card base and the front layer with some red liner style strong tape, ensuring that it is nice and taut. Before I assembled my card I added some ribbon, jingle bells and a sentiment to my patterned paper card front, it is important to do this first if you like to hide your ribbon ends.

This is how it looks with the card fully open:

The 3D Tree can be folded flat to place your card into an envelope although it will need some coaxing back into shape by the recipient:
