Game Controller Card, cut file & digi versions

Hello There!

It’s been a family members birthday and being a teenage boy I thought a game controller card might be right up his street as I know he enjoys playing on his game console. So, if you have any teenage boys ( or big kids, lol ) that enjoy playing on this particular brand of console, this is really speedy card to put together. For those of you without a digital cutting machine I have also added a digi version for you to print and colour.

I cut the elements in the relevant colours and sponged with distress inks to add some dimension then added a couple of 3d foam pads to represent the joysticks. Easy peasy lemon squeezy :)

Like it. Done one of my own earlier in the year but as a black controller as I had made one from the controller on the silhouette site and my son told me it was no good.

I am laughing because this card is absolutely perfect for my little guy who is a “video game-oholic”. Thanks so, so much for sharing. It’s always so exciting to see your new offerings!!!

I haven’t got a digital cutting machine so love the digis. However, I can’t get this one to save when I right click on the enlarged version. It allows me to save the background but not the picture.

Thanks so much for this file! I’ve already made six cards, ready to send to Operation Write Home to send to our deployed troops to use to write home to their loved ones.
I am emailing you a photo of one card and the template I made to help place the fiddly buttons quickly and accurately. Your excellent template made the process easy and painfree! Thanks for sharing so generously!

This is amazing. My son loves playing on the xbox and was asking for a “game” theme bday party. This will be perfect. Thnx for sharing.

    I love this card!
Perfect for my grandson. However, I have never cut with a digital file. Is this something that I can use on my Cricut?
Please send a reply to my email address.
Thank you so much for the cute idea, and for your assistance.
