Halloween Bendy Card

Good Afternoon!

You can tell that Halloween is around the corner as there are loads of Halloween-y films around and I have been scaring myself silly over the last few nights with them. I get so scared watching them but I do love a good scary film at the same time, as long as I have a cushion or duvet to hide behind.

You may remember the Birthday Bendy Card and the Easter one I did too, well today I have a Halloween Bendy Card Cut File for you, it says Trick or Treat and has 2 little pumpkins at the top and bottom. I think these would look great around the house as decorations and someone (sorry I forgot who it was who suggested this) did give me the idea of using vellum behind the front panel and popping a battery tea light inside, how awesome is that idea?

I simply cut my card from black card and added a square of orange card to the inside of the back panel to help the lettering stand out. When you assemble the card remember to pop the tabs in from the back to get the proper semi circle shape.

I love bendy cards and this one is great, thanks Bird. My family and I are going to Wales for Halloween so I’m hoping to find some great craft shops. (We don’t have too many in Ireland).

Thanks you for sharing your wonderful creativity! I’ve been looking for simple craft projects to do with my 4-yr-old g’daughter next week while I’m babysitting.

I’m going to cut the elements for this fun card and let her put together the background paper, velum and tabs. She’ll love it!

Hi Bird, I have just finished making your Halloween Bendy card and I’m thrilled with it. Will have to try to find a battery tea light but tested it using some mulberry paper and a small torch. Thank you so much for sharing your files.
