Place Cards 3

I have some heart or love themed place cards for you today, I hope you forgive me for using images that I have shared before but I think they work quite well for place cards. The second place card has an element I took from a bendy card, my Mum says it looks like a Crown or Tiara to her perched up on top of the place card like that. I think either one would be a great addition to your valentines or anniversary table or of course a wedding.

Place Cards 3 Digital Cutting File by Bird

I’m away next week for a Wedding but worry ye not I have been working away like a busy little bee making sure that there are plenty of projects to keep you going in the interim, you shouldn’t even notice that I’m not at home. I have had quite a few requests for more / specific place cards so I’ve added a couple more sets of those and I have another deep edge card and a frame set I’m really pleased with too so there’s plenty to keep you going :)

This is a nice series you’ve got going. Although I don’t typically use placecards much, I’m thinking of adapting these designs to be a regular size card with a sort of “marquee” at the top. Some folks call them a “tent-topper card.” Thank you so much for the files and inspiration!

Great place cards for a wedding and hope to be able to use these someday. Also looking for more religious place cards for our spiritual retreat in the fall. Any suggestions?

    Thank you

These place cards are lovely. Could they also be used maybe with a little tweaking as treat bag toppers? Thank you sharing for all your good work with us……

    Thanks Bird

I think these would be great for a wedding – the great thing is that if you use your sketch pen, you can write the names of the guest before cutting (or any other message or icon)… I love the capabilities of my cutting machine. I am so humble that I am able to own one too.

I am trying to cut something similar out on my Silhouette Cameo. I want the heart to be printed and then the top pop up, but I can’t find a tutorial. Plus I’m having to print then remove my added text so it doesn’t get cut out and then cut the actual card. Can you please give me some Assistance!? PLEASE HELP! These are for my sons Valentine’s Day party tomorrow!!!!!

I think you’re asking about a print and cut, I don’t design in Silhouette Studio and I have to confess that I have never done a print and cut, it’s a secret so don’t tell anyone ;)

Have you had a look on youtube, there are tons of Silhouette Studio tutorials on there? or are you registered on the Silhouette Plus forum as there are some real Silhouette experts there:

I hope you can get something sorted in time :)

Im new to the cricuit and to be quite honest am very frustrated. I wanted to cut the one simple heart place card but am not sure what goes with what once I upload the image to my design space program. The image on the grid is black and I only want to cut one of the cards, not both designs. I can’t figure out how to seperate them. I also wanted to cut out the person’s name to be on the card as well and am not sure how to add that…. Can you send me some instructions?
