Poppy & Branches 2

Good Afternoon!

I have a Poppy cut file for you today, there are 2 each of the petal and stamen pieces included which makes one poppy. I also have a new branch set, there are 2 swirly branches and you get both the solid and outine versions, you can use either version on their own or layer the two together for a different look.

I cut my poppy petals from some red vellum and gave them some shape with an embossing stylus. I cut the stamens from some black paper and the branches from some lightweight green card. I glued 2 of the poppy petals together, I then glued 2 of the stamen pieces in the middle and popped a black sparkle on top to form each flower.

Thank you so much. I love poppy’s. I love the idea of making them with vellum. I’ll definitely try that.

Thank you so much for these great files. You are doing a wonderful job with all your files. Love them.

Btw do you have the cutting file for the side of this card somewhere (the part where the ribbon goes through)?

    Thanks again for everything

These are wonderful! I LOVE them made wit the red vellum! VERY cool! Love the ribbon threaded on the die on the side. Is that a die or one of your cuts? Thank you again for sharing this wonderful poppy set. The new leaf swirls ROCK!

    Oh Bird

I LOVE poppies. They remind me of my Dad – we loved them and always commented when we passed a field with beautiful nodding poppies in – such a delightful sight!

Thanks so much for the files. Your card is absolutely stunning… I have some deep red velum too – never thought of cutting that out before for flowers… thanks for that tip too.

Do you put anything around/over the cards that have a three dimensional object such as these poppies so that they do not get smashed while in the envelope? Thank you!
