I’m posting this as I await the new World of Warcraft expansion which is due at 11pm tonight. It’s a computer game that I’ve played on and off for over 6 years and they only release these expansions every couple of years so it’s exciting. I was just saying to my fella today though that I will have to work on keeping my blog up and resist the temptation to play too much over the next few days. If I fall off the face of the Earth, you know where I am ;).

Ok, I have taken my first step into Halloween, well for today’s installment I actually adapted some of the images I made last year, I’ve used the little spider web to make doily circles and combined some of the other images to make a spooky scene. For those of you without cutting machines I have added the scene as a digi to use with your punches or nesties and there’s also one with a sentiment.

I embossed my paper with a fiskars texture plate and added tiny gems to the ends of the swirls for some sparkle then cut my doily and spooky circle out of black card and layered with more of the purple paper then added a lilac satin bow.

Absolutely adorable, as is all of the work you do.

Thank you for sharing so freely of your designs, knowledge and time!

I have two kiddos (teens) that are both into WOW, so I know your excitement! Have fun.

I love that you always offer the doily circles in several ways, especially this one with the webby centre opening as opposed to a plain circle opening and a solid centre. Thank you for these fun files!

    So cool – love it!

And funny about WOW – my DH got sucked into the vortex of WOW a few years ago. Took about 2 years to bring him back to our world :-) Enjoy it – I know it’s a blast and many people I know did the same (i.e., waited up for the expansion pack)

I wish you could have heard me squeal when I saw these!!! Absolutely fabulous!! I can not wait to try these!! But I’m sorta in your boat only I play a game called Skyrim….it eats up so much of my time if I let it! Funny how you can lose yourself in a game isn’t it?!!

Thanks again for sharing you talent with us! I find myself checking your blog daily just to see what wonderful creations you’ve come up with this time! Keep up the great work!

    Hi Bird,

I know what you mean about gaming. I love to play Dead Space & Resident Evil on the XBox, and as you say, it becomes very addictive, lol. You’d wonder where we get the time to craft!!

Thanks so much for these great files, I can’t wait to get started on my cards now. :-)

Thanks again for the great cut files! Yep, I bought the new Wow expansion as well and started playing again. I don’t think this will suck up as much as my time unless some of my virtual friends start playing again, too.

Thanks for the great digi’s. I’m not usually into Halloween so really appreciate the spooky circle sans sentiment. My friend’s birthday is on Oct 31st so will do nicely for her card. :)

I made a painted canvas with vinyl from these files. I’d like to show you how I used your files, but don’t know how to post a pic here.
    Thanks again for sharing!

Oh I didn’t think a spider web could be so pretty, but that’s just what I think of your circular design. Thank you so much. I’m sure it will be used a lot.
