Swirly Frame 11
Hello!
I have a new swirly frame for you today, you can use the frame on it’s own or with the layering panel I’ve also added to go with it.
I cut my frame and glued it directly onto the matting layer then placed 3D foam pads behind it, to make my sentiment stand out I stacked 2 layers of small 3D foam pads behind the lettering so it is raised above the frame.
