Stop…
Hey Guys!
I’ve been playing around with my site a bit, I don’t actually know what I’m doing mind but I’m trying…very trying, lol! Anyway I’ve managed to add a section to the bottom of each post which should make it easier if you want to add a picture from one of my posts to Pinterest etc. Pinterest is new to me, yup, I’m way behind the curve but I have recently registered an account there myself and popped most of the pictures from my site on there. I was surprised by how many images there are, I’ve had a blog for over 2 years now so I guess the numbers were going to add up in that time but it is nice to be able to see them all in one place like that.
So, what do I have for you today? I have another Cut File and Digi Sentiment, You may remember I did some tulip images recently, well I have incorporated one into a frame with a space beside it for a sentiment or even a photograph. I found this weeks colour scheme from The Play Date Cafe quite a challenging one as they’re a bit too close to the green and red of Christmas but I hope I made it work. The spotty background paper started life as an envelope I received on my Birthday and saved because it was far too pretty to throw away, I embossed a piece of cream card stock and popped it over the area where my name was written and you’d never know it was there. After I cut my frame in my Silhouette I measured the gap and sized my sentiment in Word to fit, I printed my sentiment then glued my frame over my sentiment area to get the perfect alignment and trimmed around the frame when it was dry. My gingham ribbon might have risked swaying my card into a more Christmas-y direction but I just couldn’t resist ;).
I cut my extra stems and leaves in the same card as my frame then coloured with a Copic marker, I cut the petals in red paper and gave them some shape by running an embossing stylus over the backs of them on a soft surface (a mouse mat is perfect for this) then layered with some 3d foam pads to keep the dimension.

what a cute card, thanks for sharing
Great card.I do have a problem when I click on image to enlarge(the sentiment)it seems to download the whole blog. I had to use my snipping tool to get it. (2nd time this has happened) But where there is a will there is a way! LOL!Thanks so much for your hard work and your generosity. You’re great.
The only thing I can think of that might be causing a problem is if you click near the bottom of the image and click ‘Save Page as’ rather than clicking nearer the top of the image and clicking on ‘Save Image as’.
Try clicking nearer the top of the image and let me know if you still have a problem Patricia as I’d like to sort it out for you if I can :)
Darling! You have such wonderful files.
