Hiyah!
I new set of Background files for you today with a repeating star pattern, I hope you like them :) They can be mixed and matched with these existing cards and the other sentiments to create a card to suit many occasions.
Of course your background panels can be used as stencils/masks for all of those fun techniques doing the rounds at the moment or you could use them for embossing as I demonstrated here.

these are stunning Bird.
I have done some stencilling and cut some stencils using mylar, I also used doflex – mixed result, but I could have set the blade much higher – so user error… had some snips to make after – but all in all, I still had useful stencils.
This set will be great for that, but I’ve yet to try embossing… that’s what I’m going to do now in fact – make some 8×8 embossing folders, which I don’t have… I have an e-bosser, so should get some good results… what would we do without our crafty tools and machines eh?

Thanks for sharing your lovely creations, I have just been given the new Silhouette Cameo as a birthday present from my hubby. I am just looking around blogs/anything I can find with info about using it at the moment, which is how I came across your blog. I have set my Cameo up but still have not had time to play with it yet.
So I am a complete NEWBIE!
