Baubles 3

Hello!

I have set of Baubles for you today, they are the same shape as the Baubles 2 set I made last year so you can mix and match them. One of last years baubles has Merry Christmas within it and after posting it I had a request for Seasons Greetings to be used so I’ve remembered to add one of those in this years set :) As with last years set, there are 3 Baubles with cut out designs and 1 plain Bauble shape which can be used separately or can be used as a backing to the patterned Baubles.

I cut a square piece of patterned vellum to approx 6 inches then cut a 5.5 inch square piece of white card, I folded the overlapping pieces of the vellum over the edges of the white card and used some double sided tape on the back of the white card to hold the vellum in place. As the vellum is wrapped around the white card and adhered behind, you can not see any of the adhesive from the front. I cut 2 of the baubles from some thin gold mirror card and strategically placed some 3D foam pads behind them. I tied some gold cord to the baubles, I added some gold ribbon and embellished the swirls on the smaller bauble with some 3mm clear gems. I made a 5.75 inch square card base from some gold pearl card by cutting an A4 piece down to 11.5 x 5.75 inches and folding in half then I stuck the vellum panel in place with some strong tape.

These baubles are gorgeous! I am going to cut them with silver sparkle paper, but the gold mirror paper you used is just beautiful. Love it and YOU! Thank you so much for your generous and creative spirit.

Your sample card ROCKS!!! STUNNING! Love the design of it and cut in the gold mirror paper really shows how creative we can get. I am hoping my Cricut will cut the mirrored paper as I haven’t tried it yet. Thank you SO much for sharing this wonderful file and creative design!

I’ve just downloaded the zip file, extracted it and checked that the MTC & studio files are opening as they should, I don’t have cutting machine software to check the other formats though.
What aspect are you having trouble with? Is it getting the zip file or opening it or something else maybe?

WOW, THESE ARE JUST GORGEOUS. COMING TO THE END OF MY FIRST YEAR WITH MY PORTRAIT AND I JUST LOVE IT. EVERY CARD I MAKE IS CUT ON THE SILHOUETTE, I DON’T KNOW HOW I MANAGED WITH OUT IT! THESE ARE JUST BEAUTIFUL, THANK YOU

I’ve just downloaded and opened the zip file, it’s working for me. Are you having trouble getting the zip file or opening it?

To open the zip file, find where it is located on your computer then right click and chose ‘Extract File’ then chose your destination (for example: ‘Desktop’) and the folder should appear there.
