Card Cover 2
Good Afternoon!
I have another card cover for you today with a circle design, there are 2 layers included so you can opt to use the front panel on it’s own or add the backing layer for a different look. I used some patterned paper for my backing layer but I think it would look great with either some vellum or some acetate peeking through the circles…or maybe some glitter paper! Choices choices ;)
Here’s your Free Cut File – Formats include ai, dxf, gsd, mtc, pdf, studio & svg:

Thank you for this size! This is the size card I usually make and sometimes the larger files are too intricate to make smaller and still cut well on my machine.
This is lovely and would make a great stencil too.
Are you considering doing any other stencils?
Thanks so much!
I’ll definitely be making more of these card covers. Have you seen my background designs? They are perfect for using as stencils, you can find them here: https://birdscards.com/free-digital-cut-files/backgrounds/
Thanks so much!
It is gorgeous. Thank you.

I love this card front. i am going to go back in the archives and look for more of your backgrounds to use as card covers. Thanks for all your work, past and present! You are the best!

Thank you soooooo much!!!
Merci tres joli.
merci beaucoup pour le partage c’est superbe!!!
There’s just something about circles that make me smile. Thank you for making this file for us. Love it.
Thanks so much Bird…lovely file…!!
For some reason, the top just cuts out as the rectangle outline, no circles. Any idea why that would happen? Love your files!!
No sorry I don’t know why that would be happening, I have seen the design cut by others that have downloaded it and had success so I can’t think what it might be…unless you are using a Scan and Cut maybe?
Check your cut settings- if it is set on “Cut edge” instead of “cut” or “cut all”, your machine will only cut the outer edge of the design. I’ve done it a gazillion times, LOL. Hope you had already figured it out by now!
Thanks Bird, for sharing your files & wisdom so freely! Ive learned a lot from you!
I’m not using a Scan and Cut. Well, maybe it’s just having a bad day. :)
Thanks for all your files. They are lovely and you do a wonderful job.
Just to let anybody who is interested know, this file cuts out great on the Scan n Cut. It’s so beautiful Bird, thanks so much!
Love these circles. Do you have a similar cut file for circles as a background? I have been looking for this style! Thanks :)
Bird, thank you so much for this file!!! and for all the files you share with us!!
I used this file to make two cards just recently…one was for my brother’s 65th birthday and the other is one that I made for Kristina Werner and I would love you to check them out…you canm see them at my blog post here: http://yorkiemomsblog.blogspot.com/2014/07/two-for-price-of-one.html
Bird,
Thanks for this beautiful card front. I know I will use it much. Great work. God bless
Bird, Why are there two cards? I know it’s a simply answer..lol.
There aren’t 2 cards, there are 2 layers. You cut them from different colours or patterns and glue them together to acheive the effect I showed with my example card. I hope that makes sense :)
vraiment tres sympas de partager ce super fichier merci…
Found this thru pinterest and love it…thank you so much…I’ve been looking for something like this…
