Free Box Envelopes..updated!

Hi Guys!

I’m just popping in as I had a couple of people ask me to add some square Box Envelopes to my SVG store as I only have rectangle ones there. Well, there’s no need for me to charge you for them as I already share one for Free! :)

But…because I’m good to you, I’ve altered it for you today. I’ve saved it for both 5″ and 6″ cards so you don’t have to resize the file for these popular sizes. If you want to use it with another size of card you can, of course, resize it to suit your needs.

These box envelopes are approximately half an inch deep which is great when you add flowers or ribbons etc on your cards as they won’t get squashed.

If you would like to resize the envelope to another size, simply rotate the file 45 degrees and increase or decrease the size until the red perforations become the required size (this will make more sense when you open the file).

However, If you do require either the UK size A6 Box Envelope or the American A2 sized Box Envelope, I have a set of 4 of each with decorative edges in the store:

A quick reminder that there’s not long before the Tea Party set goes back up to full price so grab it while you can for those Garden Parties we’ll be able to have soon :)

Bird themed Freebie reminder/introduction

Good Afternoon!

I’m popping in today to remind you, or maybe even introduce you to a Freebie that you may not know about…in fact, it’s the best Freebie I offer!

As you know, my Freebie archives can be found in the menu at the top of this blog. Well…there’s a collection of Bird and Birdhouse themed Freebies available in my SVG store that come with full assembly videos and accompanying PDFs too. Here are the projects and the overview video:

The first project is the Birdhouse Box, this is a really sturdy box which is great to be used as a gift box then the recipient can keep it as a storage box. It has a pretty overlay to the front and a fun layered roof:

Next is a matching Birdhouse shaped card complete with Bird of course! This card has a fun fold along one of the roof lines and has a front overlay in the same style as the gift box:

If you are wrapping your gifts, you will surely need a gift tag so here’s a Birdhouse shaped tag for you:

Here’s the second card in the collection, it’s the Bird shaped card. I have been asked many time to share this Bird image as an SVG so I’ve gone a step better and incorporated it into a shaped card. This way you can use it individually if you like:

The fifth project in this collection is the arched Birdhouses card, this is a fun layered card with different shaped Birdhouses which can be used separately of course, and some florals too:

More Freebie Butterfly SVGs

See, I told you I’d be back very soon ;)

I have another Butterfly Duo for you today, one of which is my favourite Butterfly design. I’m calling it the Graceful Butterfly as I’m particularly pleased with the wing shapes I created, I think they are very graceful :)

As these designs started life as metal craft dies, I needed to make some modifications to them so they function well as SVGs. The right hand Butterfly has 4 layers now and the left hand one now has 6 layers! You can really play around with some fun colours with these and get some awesome dimension too :)
