Halloween Sentiment Edge Card
Good Evening!
Does this ever happen to you? Whenever I’m attempting to craft, my Cat Lilly jumps out of her bed and lays all over what I’m working on, she’ll even curl up on it and go to sleep. I have been making some Wedding Invites for a Family Member recently and despite trying my best to keep them Cat hair free, Lilly was having none of it!
So, what’s today’s freebie? It’s a Halloween version of my Sentiment Edge Cards. I chose some Orange Cardstock for my Card today and used some Black Polka Dot Papers for my Layers then I decorated my Card with some Black Ribbon and the Pumpkin from this page.
Here’s your Free Cut File – Formats include ai, dxf, gsd, mtc, pdf, studio & svg:

Lovely to know that you’re a cat person too.
That is certainly a gorgeous cat. My cat also likes to join in with my card making by walking all over my desk. I find it easier when she is asleep on the chair, which I have to share with her, with me perched on the edge trying to craft. She is 16 years old and has always joined in with any craft I have been involved in, I think knitting was her most enjoyable craft as she loved chasing the wool.
Thank you for all your free cutting files Bird.
I was beginning to think that I was the only one who had a mouse with a cats furball.
That is so funny, that is another thing Lilly does too, she lays across my mouse to stop me from using my computer.
Yes! The cats are either sleeping on my projects or knocking my supplies off the table or both.
Thank you for the great file.
Yes those little fur balls think they own everything. :)
(of course they do )

I don’t say thank you enough but a huge THANK YOU for all the wonderful files you bestow on us!!!!
Thank you for sharing the file! I would never get any crafting done if a pretty, cuddly friend like that was nearby. I see how it must be a struggle! Great photo. :-)
Oh Bird, I have FIVE cats (the fabulous feline five) and there is absolutely no way to keep the cat hair out of my projects – LOL – nice to know I am not alone!! LOL
Bird, I just want to say thank you for this and all the other cut files you generously share. I don’t comment nearly enough, but I clicked over from email to comment on your gorgeous companion. I had a dog who had to be part of the crafting process (and inadvertently include his dog hair on my projects). He has since passed, and I now catch myself wishing I still had that pet hair problem ;-) I hope you have many years of crafty companionship!!!
So glad I’m not the only one, one of my cats walks over all my stuff and lies down on my desks!!! Can be a real pain if he goes to sleep as I hate to disturb him ;)
Thank you very much for this fun file. Yes, my cat likes to walk across my computer, getting me into all kinds of trouble!
Thank you for sharing your file. Our dog likes to get up on our lap if we’re trying to read a newspaper, work on the computer, etc.
Thank you for the wonderful cutting files! You live with a beautiful cat! And what she was doing sounds like my three year old daughter :)
You know when you’re a cat person when you carry on with something else just not to disturb the cat – that’s also true with dogs though too… my dog hates it when you go in the shower – even if he sees me leave the bedroom with a towel in my hand he creeps off – so I go past him hiding the towel so not to worry or disturb him lol – what are we like…
Anyway, the invites you are working on look very pretty – you might have to make a couple more as a contingency!!!
Thanks for all the cut files again. So very generous of you, we’re all grateful for the time and effort you put into them, loading them up, making the sample to show us – and for making them available in all sorts of file extentions…

My black cat (Spook) just took a stroll across my keyboard as I was reading your post. :) Anyway, I wanted to say thank you for sharing your files! I’m new to Cricut, so really appreciate the ideas and free cuts!!! Also, I’m really glad someone else is already working on their Halloween stuff!
Many thanks for the halloween cards! And for all the other files you send our way. :)
Yes, I have one cat left out of many. This one demands attention a lot. If she gets on my table, I have to watch so she doesn’t lie on the EHDs. Nice and warm there. Or she’ll walk over my keyboard which can cause all sorts of problems.
I used to sew years ago and that was enormous fun for cats, pouncing on and ripping my tissue patterns. Such a cool sound!
Love the colour of Lilly. She does look contented, lol.
